My own attempt at HDRI imaging

HDR in Photoshop. I really couldn’t resist having a quick go with a holiday snap to try the HDR technique. It really is impressive and I’m sure when I spend more time on some of my images I will get some interesting results, see for your self 5 minute wonder:

I know its not perfect but not bad for first draft, The intensity of light and shade is clear but a few more tweaks and I’m sure I can make something magic happen. When I’ve got this sussed myself I will post a tutorial on how to get the best from this technique (Keep checking back for updates on my cultural learning’s of HDR :D)

Great post from Abduzeedo’s Blog, The technique involved is new to me but I am sure I’m going to try this out on some of my own images. HDR photography = “In computer graphics and photography, high dynamic range imaging (HDRI) is a set of techniques that allows a greater dynamic range of exposures (the range of values between light and dark areas) Seeing these images has blown me away. Imagine taking your eyeballs out and giving them a good wash and popping them back in to look at the world? almost like looking through your eyes for the first time. Spectacular images!
