Eating Design becomes Mali Photography…

Mali Photography… The future is photography for me.

I felt I needed to post something after over 2 years and a site sitting dormant. Family, work and everything you can throw at me has gotten in the way of continuing this site as a Design and inspiration site. NO MORE…

I’m back but in a different guise. Mali Photography will take over and predominately the posts and site will be about my Photography and Photography Vlogs.

Hold on you say, what about the Design aspect? This will continue I’m not leaving design inspiration, there will be a regular spot for what floats my boat in the design word. I never stop thinking about Design but Photography is key to my development and Artistic endeavours.

So, if you land here, don’t be confused all will be coming clear as the site slowly steps back into style and Photography is posted regularly.

Thanks to everyone for the support over many years.

Peace & be good to each other

Kick start / Resurrection

Kick start! It’s been a long time since I’ve posted!

It’s never too late to start again. I didn’t see any value in deleting my blog, and looking back at some of my old posts is quite revealing and a little embarrassing just how much I didn’t know. This is also a positive insight into how far I have come.

After 5 months of taking pictures, Eating Photography a picture a day is still on going! What a task I have set myself. Id say the hardest part so far is keeping the images fresh and all different. You find this pushes you to find interesting subject matter. Which is not always that easy. Finding time and keeping up a high standard is also my main aim.

The amount I’m learning from day-to-day from picture to picture is immense I certainly feel by the end of my 365 I will have mastered my camera, metering, exposure times, aperture and skills to see interest in most subject matters. Go and check out my images so far All feedback welcome and hope to start posting details from some of my best images around the 6 month mark.

More posts from Eating Design coming soon.

Humans of New York

A friend of mine was talking about street photography and told me about Humans of New York. After a hearty meal I had a good look at the site and the mass of images. Not just the portraits but the back info on each and every character is fantastic!! I love this, and got me thinking about the people around us all everyday. Humans around me could be born from this idea, when I get the time…

…Everyone go an have a look and see the mass of great Photography and insight into the people of New York

Excellent site Brandon!

Light streak photography is a favorite of mine. My friend and fellow Photographer Matt Wilkinson inspired me with this technique. Some of Matts photography containing light streaks are exceptional. Go check him out Here…

What on earth are we doing to our planet?

Fun and striking images.
They get the message across but to many of us have our palms over our ears and we are not listening!
